Sea Breeze and Little Tamarisk require a deposit to secure the booking, this deposit is non refundable, however we will always try to reschedule if enough notice is given so the slot can potentially be rebooked.

Furry Friends

Please note we do love dogs but we do ask that the terms set out below are acknowledged and agreed if you wish to bring your pet.

Dogs can be contained on the decking if you need them to be but there is a small lawn for them to play on (at Little Tamarisk) 

At Sea Breeze there isn’t a grass area - just decking. There are plenty of recreation spots adjacent including the beach. We do ask the property is respected and all mess is disposed of before departure and excess hair /sand etc is removed as It’s not the cleaner’s job to clear up after your dog.

And naturally dogs aren’t left alone in the property at any time. 

Thanks - we really don’t want to have to charge extra for them. 

 

LLocation. Please note; Steephill Cove is Steep! People with mobility issues should do their homework before visiting as it may not be the appropriate place for a holiday as access could be considered difficult. Both properties have steps up or down to their front doors, and there are both steps and a tarmac slope down to the beach. Parking for one car is at the top of the cove in a small private car park (please note; very large cars/ vans may struggle to access their space as it is limited) there is no vehicular access to the beach.
